The reading you receive

Orin's readings are generated from your birth date, time, and browser timezone using traditional East Asian astrology (Saju / BaZi) calculations. Readings are offered for reflection, curiosity, and personal insight.

Orin is not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Do not use readings as the sole basis for any consequential decision.

Use of the service

You may use Orin freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share readings and screenshots.

You may not scrape, republish the full site content as your own, or use Orin's calculations to power a competing service without written permission.

No account, no purchase

Orin currently does not require an account and does not charge for readings. If paid features are introduced in the future (such as annual reports), separate terms will accompany them at that time.

Accuracy

Orin uses the lunar-typescript library for solar-term boundary calculations and applies well-documented traditional methods for chart interpretation (strength, format, useful god, and pillar relations). The methodology is transparent, but no astrological reading is a factual prediction.

Because Orin uses your browser's timezone to anchor the chart, edge cases (people born in a different country than their current location, or very close to solar-term boundaries) may result in an incorrect day or month pillar. If you notice a discrepancy, contact us and we will help correct your reading.
